YESSS!! It's Sydney's first Char Siu Pie...We've taken the traditional Asian BBQ Pork (Char Siu) and modernised it !
We marinated our pork belly in a sweet and sticky char siu sauce for over 48 hours and then charred the meat to make a sweet and caramelised filling. All wrapped inside our famous flakey and buttery rough pastry.
Simply defrost and bake the product at 160-165 deg for 8-10 mins or until warmed through.
Can be frozen up to 4 weeks.
