WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Annie will help guide you through the ins and outs of artistically decorating a naked buttercream cake! Embellish your cake with fresh flowers, fruits, and rich colours to create your striking masterpiece! Whatever your vision, Annie will help you create it!
You are invited to bring along food and drink and really make a day of it!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

• 6” round Vanilla Mud Cake

• Professional decorating materials (decorating tools, colourings, fresh strawberries, buttercream, sprinkles, gold/silver leaf, fresh flowers, and apron.)

• The tips and tricks of the decorating trade from experienced pastry chef, Annie

WHAT DO I BRING?

Your creativity, snacks, and drinks. This is an ALCOHOL-FREE event, however don’t let this stop you from bringing your favourite and/or elaborated indulgences to get you in the decorating spirit!
We ask that you wear comfortable closed in shoes as you’ll be on your feet throughout the class. (Ps. It helps to have a little bit of grip to!)

WHAT AM I TAKING HOME?

After the 2 hours of decorating, you’ll be taking away your masterpiece to treat your friends and family (or to enjoy on your own, whose to judge!).

WHOSE THIS CLASS FOR?

This interactive and technique friendly class is aimed at adults, however, is suitable for anyone looking to up skill on their cake decorating abilities! Kids over the age of 12 are also welcome as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult*.
*Participating adult and child will be charged 1 adult ticket.

This class is perfect for a pre-boozy hen’s party, birthdays, anniversaries, second dates, Mother’s Day, and corporate team building! Annie is happy to judge “cake of the day” at private events if the goal is competition!

To have an amazing time and go home with, not just a beautiful cake, but your new skills to show off next time you’re in charge of making the office birthday cake!
