You can place an order through our website. All you need to do is select the size and type of cake you would like, and inform us of a collection date, time and pick up location/delivery.

All orders require at least 24 hours notice. However, please email order@anniemakescakes.com.au for any issues with online ordering.

Our cakes are handmade daily and are best enjoyed when fresh. Cakes may be kept in the fridge for approximately 1-2 days, it is recommended to seal the cake box with cling film while it is stored to ensure freshness is maintained.

We do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns on purchased products. All our cakes are made fresh to ensure our customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase. Please email info@anniemakescakes.com.au if you require any assistance with an order.

It is best for customers to directly collect orders due to the fragile nature of our cakes and to ensure freshness is maintained.
